Procrastination is a Killer….
Okay updating EXTREMELY OLD events….
6/27/08 – Joanna’s sleepover party. Started at 5 pm. We swam for a while and then had a barbecue. Then we went into this sauna and told ghost stories and blond jokes. Afterwards we went to Joanna’s house and er brother started a campfire. We had s’mores and other stuff. Then we all went into the living room with our sleeping bags. We played Guitar Hero for a while and then watched a scary movie. I hate scary movies cause they freak me out so I tried to sleep through all the screaming and yelling and dramatic music. Then we watched Fool’s Gold. Thank goodness I didn’t rent that movie the last time i went to this store because the movie’s not that good. The guy was hot but retarded… O_o
7/3/08 – My brother’s birthday. We went to eat Korean BBQ for lunch. I ate a WHOLE BUNCH of meat. We had cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory for dinner. It was fun. =)
7/7~7/11/08 – Went to help out at the Wisdom Chinese Culture Camp as a TA. Took care of the second to youngest class. They were pretty cute and fun to be with. Some of the little boys who proved to be trouble makers the first day because unusually quiet by Friday, while the shy girls got louder throughout the week. =_____= I kinda wish that it wasn’t just one week cause it was really fun taking care of young kids and getting to know new people. There was a guy TA in my class who jokingly said he had three legs on the first day, and afterwards the teacher kepy calling him the “three-legged big brother.” LOL. Then the other TA got the nickname “four-armed big brother.” I have no clue where that came from. And the girl TA was HECKA tall. I think she was 5 ft 9 in or something….
7/15/08 – MY SWEET 16TH BIRTHDAY. I invited a couple of friends over at 5 pm. Only Michelle arrive sort of in time. Everyone else was either an hour or two late… =_____= We swam first. Michelle tried pushing Catherine into the swimming pool, but Catherine ended up dragging her in too. xD Because they went in with their regular clothes on, I had to go get dry clothes for them, but my clothes were kind of small. The pants were gonna burst on them xDDDD Then we had pizza and chips and other food. I had so much food at my party it was crazy. Played Guitar Hero and Rock Band. Tri cracked all of us up with this dramatic guitar playing =)))) Then we had cheesecake and Michelle caked me when I wasn’t paying attention (I should’ve known she would do that when she started mooshing her cake together….) My warning to you guys: you NEVER EVER want to get caked…. especially with a cheesecake. It smells like rotten eggs or something. =___= Doug and Tri wanted to cake each other, but they ended up dropping the cake. xD Doug went home first, then Rhenchie (who barely spoke anything at the party….) then Tri, and then Kevin and his little brother. We played some Thirteen and Spoons, and I opened the presents (which I had forgotten to when we ate the cake…) I got some pretty cool gifts. =) Then Michelle and Catherine both went home at the same time. It was an AWESOME PARTY!!!
7/18/08 – We left for the airport at 10 something in the morning. Our plane was to leave at 1-ish. However, we sat on the plane for almost an hour waiting for it to lift off. =______= Somebody kidded that we were “driving” to Taiwan cause the plane just drove and drove around. I didn’t eat much breakfast, so by 12 pm I got hungry. I finished off a giant blueberry muffin. Extremely oily and fattening but delicious nonetheless.
